Technological Overview

The core of the disruptive QMOS technology (patent-protected) consists of uniquely applied plasma electrolytic oxidation, created through the interaction between the outer layers of a titanium wire with a ceramic layer. This ceramic layer absorbs the nicotine-containing liquid through holes in the metal tube surrounding the heating element. The liquid in the ceramic layer evaporates immediately when heated by electricity. The evaporating liquid prevents overheating of the titanium wire leading to the following benefits over current e-Vapor products:

Unique IP

ALL current e-cigarette brands are based on the same technology now owned by Fontem Ventures (Imperial Tobacco), which utilize wicks and a metal heating wire. The original patents were bought from Hon Lik for approximately $75 million USD. That IP is now subject of litigation in the UK and the US between Fontem Ventures and PMI. Patents from Hon Lik were bought in a period when the market was not as mature as it is now. Our IP is completely different and independent of other pre-existing patents.

QMOS technology generates a much finer vapor (i.e. smaller particles) than current technology, providing an enhanced consumer experience through quicker nicotine uptake and consistent dosing. Battery Efficiency & Safety

the novel application of the coil allows the QMOS device to directly heat the liquid in the tank, thus having much greater efficiency through heat-transferal.
